Sweet, sweet Gerda. So interesting watching her reaction to that pool of water. I watched a fairly recent documentary about snow leopards (of which I’m a fanatic) on Disney-National Geographic channel. I’m thinking snow leopards might have the same reaction—probably wouldn’t see much water where they live.

وروت السيدة عائشة رضى الله عنها أن النبى كان يتوضأ من الماء الذى تشرب منه القطة لاْنها طاهرة ولاتنجس الماء،اثبت ايضا العلماء والباحثين فى العصر الحديث أن هناك حيوانات تتصف بالنجاسة كما ذكر النبى محمد-عن الكلب الذى يحمل في لعابه أكثر من خمسين مرض معدى لذا حذرنا الرسول من الكلاب لما يسببه لعابها من أمراض معدية تصيب الأنسان.اما القطة فهى من اطهر الحيوانات لان لعابها لايحمل امراض إلا مرضاً واحد اً إذا أصاب الأنسان عن طريق العدوى أو اذا اكله حيوان مثل الحيوانات التى نأكل من لحومها فينتقل اليها المرض فإذا أكل منها الإنسان يصاب” بالعمى”.لذلك تقوم القطة بدفن برازها حتى تبرأ ذمتها من التسبب فى المرض الذى يوجد فى برازها وكما ذكرنا هذا هو المرض الوحيد الذى تنقله القطة أذا اكله أى حيوان أخر.سبحان الله-جعل القطة تفعل ذلك لوقاية الناس من المرض الذى تحمله و حقيقة ومعجزة تحدث عنها الرسول من1400 عام عن القطط وأثبت صدقها العلماء فى العصر الحديث.

Just an idea maybe you can hang food above the pool so that it can eat it easily if step inside the water.
